I downloaded ATI Tool on my laptop and installed it. Now if I try to uninstall it, my computer crashes; and if I try to restart or shut down my computer it crashes. How do I uninstall it? Should I get Geek Squad to uninstall it? It is a laptop.

You could try using ccleaner to uninstall it, link below. or you could try a System Restore to a point before you installed it. Good luck.
