last night, when i put a wep key on my connection, the internet was good. but this morning I had a power outage, ever since then i have had problems connecting to the internet, xbox live, and itunes store. Messages on xbox live and itunes store keep giving pop up messages, somthing about and active network. someone please help! Thanks

Power outage resests everything . Try holdingthe reset button onthe modem for 10sec then unpluging for 30 sec and test it , Try a site like 2wire .com , or any speedtest site . Also clear out your cookies , history and scann for spyware /and viruses . also need to Portforward your router for xbox live . Test the speed before and after the fixes , see if the speed improves , If not call the ISP to test the lines to see if their is static fromthe power outage.
