I currently have a desktop, im looking into buying a laptop. How would i connect the desktop, the notebook, and the printer to a network, and how could I send stuff to the printer wirelessly?
Answer:
You need a wireless router. Most of them come with a few wired ports to hook your computer into the back of the router, and most Laptops have wireless cards in them to connect to the router wirelessly.
The easiest way to connect the printer is to connect it to the desktop, and "share" the printer on the network. So when you need to print something off the laptop, it sends it to the desktop, which sends it to the printer.
