I don't know how to uninstall xp
Answer:
Have you presented this issue in the Ubuntu Forum?
I'm thinking of Qparted, delete the partition, and formatting it with Ext3 maybe calling it backup or something. then there’s the issue of the MBR (Master Boot Record). Maybe Super Grub Disk with the Fix MBR or Fixboot option. I'm thinking I want to be rid of Microsoft too. Ask on the Ubuntu forum. You can't be the only one who has this issue! Good Luck! By the way the Grub boot loader can be edited by way of Qgrubeditor.
Answer:
If I were you, I would use the LiveCD of Ubuntu and use the GParted tool to reformat the drive to one partition. Then go back to an install of Ubuntu on a new partition. The dual boot program will need to be formatted over (the dual-boot program GRUB is a bear to edit).
That is, if you really want out of XP. Consider this, and goto ubuntuforums.org, register a screen name and ask this question. There you’ll get the real answers.

Just destroy the partition Windows is on and re-partition the empty space, however you'll loose all your XP files etc. Book Mark it-> del.icio.us | Reddit | Slashdot | Digg | Facebook | Technorati | Google | StumbleUpon | Window Live | Tailrank | Furl | Netscape | Yahoo | BlinkList
