In a way that makes me able to play LAN games ( not just sharing files please )

if it doesn't work with a Crossover cable please tell me how to then…

Answer:
Plug it in to both personal, load the network card for both computers, add the appropriate protocol (if you need to… it's probably there already) and set up the parameters.

The protocol is probably TCP/IP and you need to set IP addresses on the two cards. Some rules on the IP addresses… at the two ends they have to be different from each other but in the same subnet. On either personal there should not be two cards with the same IP address or the same subnet unless you've got link aggregation or failover software. If either personal is connected to the internet don’t use an IP address / subnet that is used on the web or you'll remove part of the net from your reach.

I suggest … 192.168.101.1 and 192.168.101.2 as IP addresses and 255.255.255.0 as subnet mask for both will be safe addresses to use.
