i install Linux Opensuse 11 on my old computer and i don't know how to get connection to the web im currently using bigpond adsl broadband it came with a installtion cd but it dosent support Linux Operating systems anyone know how to install a network connection so i can go on the web plz help me
Answer:
If your network adapter works, you don't need to install anything. Setup your NIC for DHCP and plug it into your broadband modem with the DHCP a server enabled and configured on the modem. IP will do the rest.
