It's worked many times before.
I don't think I've ever changed it.
How can I make it work or reset it?
Resetting the hub by holding down the button doesnt work btw..

reseting it should work, make sure its plugged in and hold the button in for a bit

you hold the wireless association button for about 20 secs and then power of the hub keep switched off for about 2 minutes and try again unless u changed the username and password yourself this should get you back to all the default settings

the best option with a bt home hub is forget the online help etc and just unplug it from the mains for 10 seconds then plug it in and re boot your computer, it never fails to sort out allsorts, I once spent £10.00 on the phone to bt while they went through all sorts of stuff and in the end they told me to do the above, I asked them would it do any harm and they said " no not a thing but it solves allsorts" to which my reply was " why didn't you tell me that in the bleedin first place?"
Don't even start me on that one, but I guarantee it works a treat everytime it goes down, won't connect etc.
